How shipping works
Orders ship via FedEx at a flat $30, regardless of how many vials you order. Delivery takes 6–8 days within the USA. We ship to all 50 states.
How water counts toward a shipment
Water takes up far more space than a peptide vial, so it counts against box volume rather than shipping at vial rate:
- 10mlcounts as 4 boxes
- 3mlcounts as 2 boxes
This affects how much fits into a single shipment. The shipping rate itself stays flat at $30.
Purity guarantee and refunds
You can send any product to Janoshik or Chromate laboratory for independent testing. If the report shows purity below 99%, we refund your order in full — compound and shipping, with no restocking deduction.
Share the laboratory report with us over WhatsApp and we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If a vial arrives broken, or the shipment does not match what you ordered, message us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace the affected items or refund them, whichever you prefer.
Because these are research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted vials for reasons other than a failed purity test or a shipping error.
